History

Why did I start making premixes, spices, and baby food?

Three phases of my life are responsible for this.

  • When I was an engineering graduate student staying in a hostel, having canteen food regularly was the worst experience in terms of health, taste, and time.
  • Another phase after starting a job in metro city As a working woman, it’s difficult to spend time in the kitchen and to make tasty food for the family.
  • The third and current phase is being a mother. If I want to give time to my baby while at the same time preparing tasty food, then I need some magic.

In all three phases, I missed my mother and the tasty and authentic food she made.

All these three phases of my life encouraged me to innovate magic in the kitchen, and I started to see a dream that anyone can cook tasty food in a short time with simple processes; a mother can have the best cereal for her toddler without any guilt.

So here are our homemade, preservative-free, dry curry premixes in both vegetarian and nonvegetarian ranges. We are also coming with baby food like multigrain cereal, ragi cereal, and pancake premix. Again, for my diet and health-conscious friends, we are having protein-rich plant-based Soya Sattu and Desi Sattu

Bios

Mrs. Khushbu Yogesh Konde is from a Maharashtrian middle-class family; her father, Mr. Sudhirao G. Tikhe, is a farmer, and her husband is in the IT profession. She has completed her engineering, post-graduation in  Digital Communication and caring research in vegetable dehydration and processing using machine learning and image processing technology.

Growing up on our family farm, she witnessed the challenges her father and other farmers faced—surplus produce, fluctuating market prices, and the constant struggle to make ends meet. This ignited a spark within me to find innovative solutions to these age-old problems. She is a farmer’s daughter with a mission to transform the agricultural landscape and empower farming communities. Her journey is deeply rooted in the rustic charm of rural life, where she learned to appreciate the toil and dedication that goes into every crop sown.
