How to use it
simple steps for a delicious and authentic Chicken Sukka: for 1kg chicken
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Chicken Sukka Premix(100gm)
- Marinated Chicken (1 Kg)
- Cooking oil (around 80 ml/ 1 cup)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:(Cooking Step)
Step1: Mix 100 gm of Chicken Sukka premix with 2 cup (aproximate 180 ml) of water |
Step2: Heat 80 ml of oil in pan and add water mixed premix in it and cook for 5 to 7 minute |
Step3: Now add Marinated chicken and allow to cook well on low flame with lid. |
Step4: Add Coriander for Garnishing. |
Your Chicken Sukka is ready to Serve. |
Notes
1. Marinate chicken with curd, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and refrigerate it for half an hour. |
2. If want more spicy then add chili powder in step 2 |
3. Store in cool and dry place |
4. Add Salt if Required |
