How to use it
simple steps for a delicious and authentic Chole Masala: for 5 Serving
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Mix veg Premix(100gm)
- Boiled Chole/Chickpeas(for five serving)
- Cooking oil (around 80 ml/ 1 cup)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:(Cooking Step)
Step1: Mix 100 gm of KYK curry premix with 2 cup (aproximate 180 ml) of water |
Step2: Heat 80 ml of oil in a pan and add water mixed premix in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. |
Step3: Now add Boiled Chole/Chickpeas and allow to cook well on low flame with lid for 5 min. |
Step4: Add hot water according to the consistency of gravy you need and cook for 2 min, for Garnishing add green Coriander. |
Notes
1. Cook chole/chickpeas properly in a pressure cooker with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon of turmeric. |
2. If want more spicy then add chili powder in step 2 |
3. Store in cool and dry place |
4. Add Salt if Required |
