How to use it

simple steps for a delicious and authentic Matar Paneer gravy: for 5 Serving

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • Mix veg Premix(100gm)
  • Shallow fried Paneer and peas (for five serving)
  • Cooking oil (around 80 ml/ 1 cup)
  • Fresh cream (for garnish, optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:(Cooking Step)

Step1: Mix 100 gm of KYK curry premix with 2 cup (aproximate 180 ml) of water
Step2: Heat 80 ml of oil in a pan and add water mixed premix in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step3: Now add Shallow fried Paneer and peas and allow to cook well on low flame with lid for 5 min.
Step4: Add hot water according to the consistency of gravy you need and cook for 2 min, for Garnishing add green Coriander and fresh cream(optional).

Notes

1. Shallow fry Paneer in 1 tbsp ghee.
2. If want more spicy then add chili powder in step 2
3. Store in cool and dry place
4. Add Salt if Required
