How to use it
simple steps for a delicious and authentic Mixed Dal fry : for 4 Serving(100gm)
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Mix veg Premix(100gm)
- Hing(Asafoetida)
- 1 Tomato(optional)
- Cooking oil or Ghee (1 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:(Cooking Step)
Step1: Mix 100 gm of KYK Mix dal fry premix with 5 cup of water and boil it for 5 minute |

Step2: Heat 1 tbsp of oil/ghee in a pan and add hing and tomato |
Step3: Now add water mixed-boiled, premix in it and cook for 2 minutes. |
Step4: Add hot water if required to adjust the consistency of dal and cook for 1 min, for Garnishing add green Coriander. |
Notes
1. If want more spicy then add chili powder in step 2 |
2. Store in cool and dry place, |
3. Add Salt if Required |
4. If Content left after opening the packet transfer it to an airtight container. |
