How to use it
simple steps for a delicious and authentic Varhadi-style Mutton curry: for 1kg Mutton
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Varhadi Mutton Curry Premix(100gm)
- Boiled Mutton (1 Kg)
- Cooking oil (around 80 ml/ 1 cup)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:(Cooking Step)
Step1: Mix 100 gm of KYK curry premix with 2 cup (aproximate 180 ml) of water |
Step2: Heat 80 ml of oil in a pan and add water mixed premix in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. |
Step3: Now add Boiled Mutton and allow to cook well on low flame with lid for 5 min. |
Step4: Add hot water according to the consistency of gravy you need and all to cook for 2 min, for Garnishing add green Coriander. |
Your Varhadi Mutton Curry is ready to Serve 🙂 |
Notes
1. Cook Mutton properly in pressure cooker |
